Cottage Garden Cats - Quality licensed boarding cattery
Alycats Blog

June 2014

And another month gone...

... and Wimbledon on the Telly in the sunshine for a change!
This past few days have been ultra busy with the cattery at full capacity and the girls all working flat out. We saw sixteen happy cats go home today, so feeding up took a little less time this evening, allowing me a few minutes to update this blog.
Our longer stay cats are all doing well, namely Ash who is loving this sunny weather, Millie & Gina who has had a good groom which has cooled her down some what, Tink who is a little sweetie and Gizmo & Sunny who are both enjoying their birdseye view of the doves.

Hi Everyone - you have probably noticed my usual scribe has ceased over the last couple of weeks and for this I apologise but family business has had to come first for a few days.
All the cats in my care are fine and Dandy and the many Newbies all settled in well if one or two are a little chatty! Beautiful Burmese kitten came to stay, very hard to let him go home...
I promise a fuller update very soon and in the mean time I hope you are enjoying your holidays.

Just for fun...

Can you find the cat? Took me a minute or so...

A big Thank You to my staff...

What a week! I would like to thank my staff for seriously stepping up to the plate. Half term is always a busy time but with the Bank Holiday thrown in it was ultra-busy and just as it all kicked off I had a phone call to say my mother had been taken seriously ill and I had to fly off to be by her bedside leaving potential chaos in my wake.
But No! the girls all offered to do extra shifts, our reserve Charlotte came down from her usual job in Gloucestershire and between them did a great job in keeping all the balls in the air.
