And another storm passes through...

Wet and windy it may have been this morning, but this afternoon has allowed the sun to shine once more, long may that last! The cooler air though has been a relief for many of the animals, allowing them to sunbathe rather than heading for the shade.
This weeks guests comprise of annual visitors for their two week vacation, with a few regulars popping in for a long weekend and a few first timers including a sprinkling of kittens...
Let's start with the main block, we have Nelson & Pumpkin still with us, watching the world go by from their outer shelf, Old Ash is in for the weekend and is eating well again after a little wobble after she returned home after her summer stay. Joe & Toby are over from Switzerland again next to Pixie who seems to enjoy their company and is out on her shelf regularly now.
Sly, Muffin & Honey are all in this weekend - that's my three diabetic guests all at once - that keeps me on my toes - 12 hourly insulin jabs...

Also in the main block we have Oscar the long hair who's single handedly keeping all the girls up to speed with grooming! Dexter's back for his second stay and has settled straight in this time, Then we have Maisie & Suki and Leo & Max, who are having a daily preening competition, well with a Burmese, Siamese, Bengal and a handsome DSH what else would you expect.

Newbies Darcy & Heathcliffe, aptly named handsome Burmese brothers, are enjoying cuddles in exchange for loud purrs... next door Flo & Soots little faces are looking through their window, eagerly following the doves movements, then we have the Bengal kittens Mable & Ruby. another pair on their second visit, growing up fast and creating havoc on a regular basis by either having a water fight or just generally throwing everything everywhere as only Bengals know how to, in other words thoroughly enjoying themselves!
Shadow is keeping a close eye on Honey, whilst Bilbo, Mindy, Mitzy & Smudge are showing the newbies Kubrick & Barry, both red heads, or strawberry blonde really in Barry's case. Lego takes end position in the main block and was visited yesterday by friends who were delivering their cat to us.
Outside we have Koko the Tonkinese, another Honey who is again a newbie, a little shy but is slowly coming around to the realisation that she's not at the vets. Millie the Maincoone is out on her shelf watching the world go by whilst Darcie, a female one this time, is copying her. The family block has Charlie, still furious about being on a diet, whilst Petal next door purrs as she munches her dinner, Poppy has a weekend neighbour in the shape of Albert, who seem to be getting along just fine. Then Vega is next to Teddybear for the weekend and then it's the Beautiful Birmans still with us, Jane and Obi are fine, as is Fraggle the Cornish Rex. Last but not least we have Gerry & Poppy in for a short stay. Busy, Busy...
